Blinds Customer Q&A Blinds
This is the second order of Veneta 2" Custom blinds I've placed (one in 2019, one in 2020), and the first order had the proper 2.5" left and right side brackets. Now for some reason (in 2020), they only included these weird vertical mounts that don't fit securely, and aren't applicable for customers who want and need the traditional side bracket security/mount.

First they were too long. After multiple communications with very slow responses, a missed appointment, and a call to customer service.
